How long does delivery take?
Usually 7 to 15 business days from confirmation; it varies by country. The cost and time are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Is payment secure?
You pay on an encrypted Shopify checkout. Card details are handled directly by Shopify and never reach us.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace or refund it. Details are on the Returns page.
Are the devices suitable for every skin?
No. IPL and microneedling devices aren’t suitable for every skin type or health condition. Read the manual, and if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or use prescription skin treatments, speak to a doctor first.
Are results guaranteed?
We don’t promise specific results. Results vary from person to person depending on skin, hair and how regularly you use the product.
